Meet David Probasco: Growing up along the Potomac River in Southern Maryland, David developed a love for visually and gastronomically appealing food. 

 

David’s culinary journey commenced at Johnson and Wales, a renowned culinary institution boasting alumni like Emeril Lagasse. Armed with a Culinary Arts degree, he transitioned to the United States Coast Guard as a Food Service Specialist, serving as the personal chef for the Commanding Officer of the USCGC Chase in San Diego.

 

Following four years in the Coast Guard, Probasco became the Sous Chef for All Love, a Denver-based catering company. It was here that he crossed paths with celebrated Food Stylist Eric Leskovar, sparking a newfound passion for food styling and leading to Probasco's eventual training under Leskovar.

 

With years of experience working with the industry’s best chefs, photographers/directors, brands, and agencies, David is now a freelancer based out of Los Angeles traveling to every corner of the country.

 

His recent clients include: Bud Light, El Jimador, Patti LaBelle, Mike’s Hard Lemonade, Grey Goose, Hendricks Gin, LG, Olipop, Chivas Regal, Pernod Ricard, Food Network, Grey Poupon, Coors Light, Draftline, and many more.
